ORDER ADDITIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
PRE-ORDERS
Selected products may occasionally be available for pre-order.

Estimated release and shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment or shipping begins. Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, our standard order and return policies apply.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Sunchild Naturals currently ships within Canada and the United States.
Our preferred shipping provider is Canada Post. Depending on the order, destination, and available services, we may also use UPS, FedEx, or another carrier.
Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when tracking is available.

SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CUSTOMERS

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, additional charges, returned packages, or unsuccessful delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, an eligible product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
A 25% order preparation and restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs and applicable duties and taxes are generally the customer's responsibility unless the return results from an error by Sunchild Naturals or otherwise required by applicable law.
Certain products cannot be returned for health, hygiene, safety, or product-integrity reasons.
